What is ArtAbility?
ArtAbility is an art program run by Action on Disability within Ethnic Communities Inc. (ADEC), based in Greater Melbourne. It began in 2005 and has been growing ever since. Our focus is on uniting, recognising and celebrating a range of talented artists who are from a culturally and linguistically diverse background who are living with a disability, have experienced mental ill health or are socially isolated.
Throughout the year, ArtAbillity hosts a series of art workshops where participants learn new skills and work on art pieces for an exhibition that is open to the public. Please contact us if you or someone you know would like to participate.
